COVID-19 - Business Continuity Plan Activation

All our team is working home-based, so everyone can be safe. To enable this operation specific procedures and communication tools have been activated. We feel it’s important to inform you that our business continuity plan has been successfully tested in the past.

We assure the continuity of the majority of our services, expecting no relevant impact on our routine tasks and timelines. The exception to this is any service that requires travelling and significant social interaction (such as on-site audits or training).

Owlpharma top priorities at this time are the following: • Take all possible measures to ensure the safety of our employees. • Be there for our clients, ensuring the continuity of our services. For those situations where the service cannot be executed, we are committed to find alternative solutions in straight coordination with our clients. The future will be full of difficult challenges to us all, we must and will find solutions to adapt and overcome these challenges. Count with us for it. • Support our community. This pandemic may be the biggest challenge that many of us have ever faced. To win it, we must work together. Our sense of social responsibility and solidarity must be enhanced. Owlpharma will not be an exception to it and will do all in our hands to support society with a high focus on helping health community (authorities, industry, pharmacies, professionals).
