INFARMED published a new regulation about the Advertisement of Medicinal Products Not Subject to Medical Prescription to the general public through the Digital Channels.
The advertisement principles of rational use of medicinal products and protection of the patient and public healthcare are reinforced. This new regulation also introduces new requirements for the preparation and revision of promotional materials to be use in digital channel. Less mandatory elements and use of links to the Product Information are now a possible.
